Data Deletion Request

This page explains how Calozy users can request deletion of some or all of their personal data without deleting their account. You may request removal of meal photos, nutrition logs, goals, profile information or other personal data stored within the app.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to:
delete@calozy.com

Please include the following:

The email address used for your Calozy account
The type of data you want deleted (meal photos, logs, goals, etc.)

Processing Time

Your data deletion request will be processed within 72 hours. Backups may remain for up to 30 days due to automated system processes, but this data is permanently overwritten and cannot restore your account.

Important Notes

You may request deletion of selected data categories.
Your account will remain active unless you specifically request account deletion.
