Delete Your Calozy Account

This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and personal data in the Calozy app.

1. How to request deletion

You can delete your Calozy account in two ways:

1. From inside the Calozy app
   Open the Calozy app and go to:
   Profile → Account → Delete Account
   Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account.
2. By email
   Send an email to support@calozy.com from the same email address you used to sign up and include the text “Delete my Calozy account”.

2. Data that will be deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently delete the following data associated with your Calozy account:

• Account information (email address and authentication ID)
• Meal photos used for AI nutrition analysis
• Food logs, calorie and macro history
• Goals and profile information (age, height, weight, targets)

3. Retention and backups

Your active account data is deleted from our production systems within 72 hours after we receive your request. Encrypted backups and system logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Backup data is automatically overwritten and is not used to recreate your account.
