2. Use of the App

Calozy provides AI-powered calorie estimation. You must use the app responsibly and not attempt to misuse or reverse-engineer the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under your login.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Optional premium features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play, and refunds must be requested through them.

5. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer

Calozy provides estimates based on AI models and nutrition databases. Actual calorie or macro values may vary. The app does not provide medical or dietary advice.

6. User Content

Meal photos and manually entered data may be processed to improve the model. We do not use your photos for marketing without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Calozy is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any decisions made using AI-estimated nutrition data.
